In early December, Sebastian Schrittwieser presented research findings from the SEC Research Group at NordSec 2022 in Reykjavík.
In addition to a paper on detecting functionality in obfuscated binary code through program simulation, our Fakeshop study from the “Social Engineering” project was also presented during the conference’s poster session.
Following the conference, Sebastian Schrittwieser gave a lecture on the quantification of resilience and stealth in code obfuscation at Reykjavik University.
