Are you an ambitious researcher with 2 to 8 years of experience after your PhD? Do you have a strong track record in computer science, particularly in Security & Privacy, for instance with a focus on blockchain, distributed ledger technologies, or software protection? We invite you to apply for a Tenure Track Professorship at the University of Vienna. About Us
The Research Group Security and Privacy at the University of Vienna focuses on cutting-edge topics in security and privacy. Our key research areas include:

CD-Lab AsTra: Advancing the methodological foundations of software protection, particularly against Man-at-the-End attacks. We develop verifiable protection methodologies for binary code, seamlessly integrating them into high-security software development processes.

Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies: Conducting fundamental and applied research to push the boundaries of innovation in distributed systems, addressing critical challenges in scalability, privacy, and security.
We also welcome broader contributions to security and privacy, as interdisciplinary and novel approaches are highly valued.

Eligibility
We are looking for candidates with:
- A PhD in computer science or a related field.
- 2 to 8 years of postdoctoral research experience.
- A strong publication record in security, privacy, blockchain, distributed systems, or software protection.
